The Mint Companies license and/or administer copyrights for multi-territorial online usage on behalf of songwriters, composers and music publishers.
Mint Digital Services is the alliance between the only U.S. Music Rights Organization (MRO), SESAC, and the Swiss collective management organization, SUISA. Under this joint venture, the two companies work closely together to administer licenses to use musical compositions in multi-territorial online music services on behalf of publishers, Collective Management Organizations (CMOs) and Independent Management Entities (IMEs).
Mint SESAC Digital Licensing is a licensing unit of SESAC Holdings. Mint SESAC Digital Licensing licenses mechanical rights represented by publishers and the Harry Fox Agency and performing rights, including those represented by SESAC on a multi-territorial basis for online usage.
Mint SUISA Digital Licensing is a licensing unit of SUISA. The company offers to license the performing rights of several Anglo-American Performing Rights Organizations on a multi-territorial basis to online service providers.

Provides administration services for publishers and societies who already have their own multi-territorial licenses in place with online service providers. Mint SESAC Digital Licensing and Mint SUISA Digital Licensing will supplement the publisher’s directly negotiated licenses with matching performing rights either from the SESAC repertoire or pursuant to their agreements with Anglo-American performing right societies.
Provides management of song and writer information to include additions, updates or third-party ownership claims.
